CarHost video tours appear in two places. On the vehicle card — across the homepage, search results, and browse pages — look for the "Video Tour" badge in the bottom-right corner. On the vehicle detail page, scroll below the photo carousel to the dedicated "Video Tour" section where you can watch the host's walkthrough, see the duration, and tap play.
A video must be both "Ready" (fully processed) and "Approved" before it appears to customers. "Ready" means the upload finished and the platform created the playable files. "Approved" means it passed content moderation. "Pending" videos are still being reviewed, "Rejected" videos failed moderation and are not shown, and "Hidden" videos are temporarily removed from the listing by the host or an admin. Only Ready + Approved videos are visible to customers.
