By accessing or using AutoGo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

To rent a vehicle through AutoGo, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age (25 for luxury and sports vehicles)
• Hold a valid driver's license
• Have a valid credit card in your name
• Not have any prior rental violations or outstanding charges

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. Payment is required at the time of booking. Prices are quoted in KES unless otherwise specified and include applicable taxes.

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the rental start time. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee. No-shows will be charged the full rental amount.

Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received. Renters are responsible for any damage, traffic violations, or toll charges incurred during the rental period.

AutoGo acts as a marketplace connecting renters with vehicle owners. We are not directly liable for any disputes between renters and vehicle owners, though we will facilitate resolution.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or through our platform.
