After approval, M-Pesa refunds usually arrive faster than card refunds, which depend on your bank. Exact timelines are to be confirmed.
Normally no. To protect you from fraud, refunds go back to the original payment method. Exceptions need identity checks and team approval.
The duplicate payment is returned in full once it is confirmed against the payment provider records.
Reply with your refund reference to ask for a review by a senior team member. This does not affect your right to complain to the relevant authorities.
It depends on who caused the cancellation. The effect on their earnings is explained in sections 7, 9 and 11.
