Each new booking receives one reference, such as AG-2026-000042, used across confirmations, payments, receipts, support, assignments and disputes.

Pricing and charges
AutoGo calculates the relevant charges for each booking and validates important amounts on the server.

Payments
AutoGo has infrastructure for M-Pesa, cards through Stripe, PayPal, PesaPal, Airtel Money, bank transfer and wallet payments. Availability depends on platform settings and the booking.
