AutoGo acts solely as an intermediary technology marketplace that enables Hosts and Renters to discover, communicate, transact, and enter into rental arrangements.

AutoGo is not a party to the rental agreement entered into between a Host and a Renter.

All rental agreements, obligations, responsibilities, and liabilities arising from a booking are between the Host and the Renter.

AutoGo does not AutoGo does not own the vehicles listed on the platform.

AutoGo does not AutoGo does not guarantee vehicle availability, performance, roadworthiness, legality, or compliance with applicable laws.

Hosts are solely responsible for ensuring that their vehicles are safe, insured, legally compliant, and fit for rental purposes.

Renters are responsible for conducting their own due diligence, inspecting vehicles before accepting possession, verifying vehicle condition, ensuring compliance with traffic laws, and operating vehicles safely and legally.

Hosts are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information, maintaining valid insurance coverage, ensuring vehicle safety and legality, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

AutoGo shall not AutoGo shall not be liable for any disputes, disagreements, claims, losses, damages, injuries, or liabilities arising between Hosts and Renters, including but not limited to: vehicle condition disputes, vehicle damage claims, mechanical failures, accidents, traffic violations, theft, fraud, misrepresentation, personal injury, property damage, delayed returns, non-payment, security deposit disputes, and contract disputes.

While AutoGo may assist in facilitating communication or dispute resolution, AutoGo has no obligation to intervene and shall not be responsible for the outcome of any dispute.

AutoGo shall not AutoGo shall not be liable for road traffic accidents, vehicle breakdowns, mechanical defects, bodily injury, death, loss of income, medical expenses, property damage, or third-party claims.

All such risks are assumed by the Host and Renter.

Hosts are solely responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage for their vehicles.

Renters are responsible for understanding the scope and limitations of any insurance coverage applicable to their rental.

AutoGo does not AutoGo does not provide insurance coverage unless expressly stated in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoGo, its founders, directors, employees, affiliates, partners, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct damages, indirect damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, special damages, punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, or loss of data arising from the use of the platform or any rental transaction facilitated through AutoGo.

All users acknowledge that participation in vehicle rental transactions involves inherent risks.

By using AutoGo, users voluntarily assume all risks associated with renting vehicles, operating vehicles, hosting vehicles, meeting other users, and entering into rental agreements.

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AutoGo, its founders, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and partners from any claims, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of user conduct, vehicle rentals, breach of agreements, violations of law, or disputes between users.

AutoGo does not AutoGo does not guarantee the identity, conduct, reliability, or actions of users. Hosts and Renters interact with one another at their own risk.

AutoGo shall not AutoGo shall not be liable for any failure, interruption, or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, internet outages, technical failures, and power outages.

AutoGo's role is limited to providing a digital platform that connects Hosts and Renters.

AutoGo does not AutoGo does not act as a vehicle owner, vehicle operator, vehicle provider, employer, agent of the Host, or agent of the Renter.

Any transaction entered into through the platform is solely between the Host and the Renter.
