Verification checklist
You must clear these checks before trips can be assigned to you.
- Driving licence — number, class and expiry are reviewed by the AutoGo team.
- National ID.
- PSV badge for chauffeur and public service work.
- DCI certificate of good conduct, renewed every 12 months.
Getting jobs
Set your operating areas, working hours and job acceptance mode in Settings → Driver. Staying online during peak Nairobi hours (06:00–09:00 and 16:00–20:00) noticeably increases assignments.
Safety on the road
Share the trip with your emergency contact and keep SOS enabled. Live location is shared only while a trip is active, and it powers the customer’s tracking view and route-deviation alerts.
Earnings
Trip earnings appear in your wallet after completion. Choose M-Pesa or bank payouts, set a minimum amount and switch on automatic withdrawals in Settings → Earnings & Payouts.
