Verified knowledge answers

AutoGo keeps an approved knowledge base of the documents that actually govern the platform: rental requirements, terms and conditions, cancellation and refund rules, escrow and payout policy, commission schedules and driver conduct rules. Every AI answer about policy is retrieved from those documents rather than generated from memory.

Each answer carries the document it came from, the version that was in force, and a confidence hint. If a document has been updated since your booking was made, the answer tells you which version applies to you.

This is what makes an AI answer safe to act on: if the assistant tells you a deposit is refundable within 48 hours, you can open the exact clause it used.
