How it works

The AI Assistant sits behind the spark button in the bottom-right corner of every page. It reads the page you are on — a vehicle listing, a booking step, the CarHost portal, the driver portal or a franchise dashboard — and answers in that context, so you never have to explain where you are or what you are trying to do.

Answers are grounded in approved AutoGo content: rental requirements, cancellation and escrow terms, commission rules, live vehicle availability and the current pricing for the dates you are looking at. When the assistant is not confident, it says so plainly and offers to hand you to a human agent with the conversation attached.

The assistant never sees payment card details, and it can only read what your account is allowed to see. A customer never gets CarHost payout data, and a driver never gets another driver's bookings.

It cannot take a payment, release escrow, or approve a listing on your behalf
