Submitting this application does not grant a franchise. Territory rights are granted only after due diligence, approval and execution of a signed franchise agreement.
Any territory allocated is defined in the franchise agreement. Exclusivity, if granted, is conditional on meeting agreed performance and growth targets.
Franchise fees, ongoing royalties and the franchise commission share on bookings originating in your territory are set out in the franchise agreement and deducted at settlement.
You will use the AutoGo brand only as permitted, uphold service and compliance standards, and allow AutoGo to audit operations in your territory.
Commercial terms, pricing models, operating manuals and platform data shared with you are confidential and may not be disclosed or reused.
AutoGo operates a marketplace that connects vehicle owners, drivers and customers. AutoGo is not the owner of listed vehicles and is not a party to the rental contract, except where it acts as payment facilitator and escrow agent.
You confirm that every detail, document and image you submit is true, current and belongs to you. Providing false identity, licence, ownership or insurance information is grounds for immediate suspension and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
All payments are processed through AutoGo’s payment partners (M-Pesa, card and bank rails). AutoGo deducts its published service commission and applicable taxes from each transaction. Off-platform payment for on-platform bookings is prohibited.
You consent to AutoGo collecting and processing your personal data, KYC documents, trip data and device location where required to run the service, in line with the Privacy Policy and the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.
Fraud, harassment, unsafe driving, tampering with trip or inspection evidence, or attempts to circumvent AutoGo fees may result in account suspension, withheld payouts pending investigation, and legal action.
